ECCN Product Matrix Definitions
Product Name – Column A
This lists the marketing name of the software or hardware.
Version Numbers – Column B
This identifies the specific version of the classified product.
Code Type – Column C
Indicates whether the software is shipped in source code, binary code or a combination of both.
ECCN – Expanded # - Column D
Export Control Classification Number. Additionally it will be noted if product has Retail Status.
CCATS# or SELF Classified – Column H
Indicates if a CCAT was issued by BIS or if Self-Classified by Wind River. Please note that the Platform products are bundled suites and assumes the highest level of classification of the distinct product that has the highest ECCN.
